Conferences & Workshops Kimi Ora Spa Resort offers an attractive yet business-like atmosphere with two different sized meeting rooms, each providing a private, quiet, environment for your conference or workshop.  Our goal is to help make your business meetings as pleasant and productive as possible.  Our experienced staff can provide assistance with all aspects of conference planning, including seating and room arrangement, audio-visual equipment, group activities and menu planning.  Morning and afternoon teas and lunches can be catered for. We will help keep morale high and make your stay at Kimi Ora a truly memorable experience. Venue Capabilities Both of our conference rooms have rustic open-beamed ceilings and an abundance of natural light. Overlooking the sea, we offer a large conference room of 84 sq. metres. It can accommodate up to 50 people theatre-style, or 25 U-shape seating. It is adjacent to the restaurant and large sun deck, which is an ideal location for pre-event registration or reception. Any equipment that you require for your event can be supplied. * There may be an additional charge for certain equipment. Our self-contained four bedroom, two bathroom accommodation suite  (120 sq. metres) provides an intimate setting for smaller groups, sleeping up to 9 guests. It can comfortably seat 12 around a working fireplace, and opens to the outside; ideal for lunches and breaks. Kimi Ora can also accommodate outdoor events for groups up to 100 people. Resources for training and facilitation We can offer a range of workshops and clinics on such topics as "Success without Stress," which can be designed to suit your conference schedule. Not only are these workshops relaxing and informative, they are fun too. E-mail us for further details, including descriptions of the programmes and group activities that we can develop and provide. Catering The buffet style dinner feature fresh produce partly from our organic garden and prepared under the careful guidance of our trained Chef. Due to seasonal fluctuations of fresh ingredients, the menu will vary; the on-site restaurant is 100% vegetarian. If you wish, we can arrange for a catered, meat-based barbeque on Kaiteriteri beach.
