Our treatment packages are available to guests or members of the public. If you're staying in Kaiteriteri,
for an extra special holiday come to the Kimi Ora Spa to get pampered, relax and enjoy the beautiful views.
Day visitors can also book in for a Day Pass for the Pool Complex at an extra cost. For reservations contact the Resort directly on 03 527 8027
We recommend to our guests to pre book spa treatments well in advance prior to arriving to the Resort to avoid disappointment.

General information
Opening Hours
9.00am - 6.00pm Monday -Sunday by appointment only. Closed Christmas day.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are available for purchase either at reception on via phone or email. We have treatment, package or dollar value vouchers. The perfect gift idea for that special person or for a special occasion.
Reservations
We always recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment. Your reservation will be secured by credit card unless you are a hotel guest or redeeming a gift voucher
Cancellation policy
All of our spa services are carefully co-ordinated to deliver the best possible experience for each guest. If for any reason you must cancel your appointment we ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice. A cancellation charge of 50% will be incurred for any treatment not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. 100% will be charged if your appointment is cancelled on the day or a “no-show” occurs.
Arrival time
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
This will allow you time to relax and complete your client treatment form.
Late arrivals may result in a reduction of treatment time.
Client information form
All clients will be required to fill out a client information form upon arrival.
