Spa Suites / Spa Units
Unit 1-4: 1 bedroom spa suites - King size bed, heat pump / air conditioning, big balcony (18m2), kitchenette in living area (49m2), conservatory with spa bath on balcony, TV, DVD and a beautiful view overlooking Kaiteriteri beach.

Studio Rooms
Unit 5 & 6: (24m2) Queen bed, kitchenette, TV, DVD, balcony (7m2) with views over Kaiteriteri beach.

Unit 7 - 10: (28 - 40m2) Queen bed and single bed, kitchenette, TV, DVD, balcony (8-9m2) with views over Kaiteriteri beach.

Unit 19: (35m2) King bed and single bed, kitchenette, TV, DVD, balcony (8m2) with views over Kaiteriteri beach.

Standard Rooms
Unit 11-12-14-15: Bedroom with king or queen bed, heat pump / air conditioning, conservatory, balcony (8m2), kitchen, living area (44m2) sofa bed and 1 single bed, TV, DVD and views over Kaiteriteri beach.

Unit 16: 2 bedrooms - large super king bed, second bedroom with 2 single beds, kitchenette in living area (55m2), large terrace (18m2), spa bath, TV, DVD.

Unit 17: 1 bedroom with a king-size bed and a single bed, two twin bedrooms and one single bedroom, large lounge ( 114m2) with fireplace, bed, kitchen, TV, DVD, terrace (30m2) with a view to Kaiteriteri beach. The entire unit can sleep a maximum of 9 people.

Unit 18: Bedroom with queen bed and single bed, terrace ( 28m2), kitchenette in living area (50m2), sofa bed, spa bath, TV, DVD and a beautiful view over Kaiteriteri beach.

Unit 21: 2 bedroom unit (not on Kimi Ora's site) terrace (30m2) with view to Kaiteriteri beach, kitchen, living area (65m2) with pullout sofa bed, TV, DVD.

Unit 22: 35m2 (not on Kimi Ora's site) Queen bed and 2 single beds, Kitchenette, TV, DVD, balcony (15m2)

Each unit is equipped with a shower, toilet, phone, TV, DVD, fridge, kitchenette, blanket, duvet, linen, towels, heater and deck chairs. Cots are available.

Rates:
All rates are per night accommodation in NZ dollars and include GST (tax). Rates are subject to availability and may change without prior notice. We regret that rates cannot be reduced when equipment is out of service for maintenance. Check in time is 3pm, check out time is 10:30am. Facilities can be used after check out or before check in.

Booking and cancellation policy:
A written cancellation by fax, email or letter is requested. At time of booking a deposit of NZD $100.00 per room is required and will be refunded for cancellations 10 days prior to your arrival. Min NZD $20.00 cancellation fee occurs to all cancellations. One nights accommodation is charged for cancellations during your stay or for cancellations less than 30 days notice of your expected arrival.
