The Kaiteriteri Room is a spacious room (84 area m2) offering natural lighting, air conditioning and deck area.

$250.00 per day if staying overnight onsite

Wifi Standard audio visual ( 1 x whiteboard, data projector and screen, extension cord and multi box)

Please Note: Conference room seating /configuration change mid-conference - $50.00 service fee applies.

Cancellations made within 14 days of conference will incur a 25% charge, within 7 days a 50% charge and within 72 hours a 100% charge of total booking.

Final numbers for catering need to be confirmed 7 days prior your function – Failure to inform us of a person no longer requiring catering will still result in full payment being charged.

  • Freshly baked savory OR sweet scones, served with either butter or jam and cream
  • Chefs mini Quiches
  • Home baked cookies

Conference Lunch

Light Lunch $29 per person 

(minimum 15 people payable)


Includes one option from below:
  • Feta, spinach and pumpkin frittata with mixed green salad (GF)
  • Chickpea tuna spread, roasted beetroot and greens sandwich with mixed green salad (V)
  • Roasted root vegetable and cashew salad with black beans, confit garlic, capers, chopped herbs and lemon dressing (V,GF)

Hot Working Lunch $35 per person

(minimum 20 people payable)

Includes one hot dish and one salad dish, buffet style.

Salads Note all salads are GF & V

  • Fennel, orange and beetroot salad with citrus dressing
  • Organic mixed green salad, fresh chopped vegetables and balsamic dressing
  • Roasted cauliflower and chickpea salad with baby spinach and turmeric dressing
  • Japanese coleslaw with sesame dressing

Hot options

  • Seasonal vegetables soup with garlic bread (can be made vegetarian or vegan)
  • Chef’s shepherd pie, with lentil ragout and potato mash (V on request, GF)
  • Tofu and potato koftas with a cashew curry sauce and rice (V,GF)
  • Blue cheese and broccoli creamy risotto (GF)
  • Sautéed tempeh, buckwheat noodles and vegetables with teriyaki dressing, toasted sesame and Vietnamese mint (V)
  • Spicy jackfruit, lentil and tomato cannelloni


Conference Dinner

2 Course Set Menu: $55 per person
Choice of 2 set menu options. Select either an entrée and main or main and dessert

3 Course Set Dinner: $80 per person
Choice of 2 set menu options. Includes entrée, main and dessert

Minimum numbers of 20 are required when the restaurant is not open.
