Our Day Spa is now operating under strict guidelines during Level 2.
For the safety of our staff, yourself and your family, the following guidelines will apply:
Stay at home if you are sick. Should you need to cancel your appointment please do so as soon as possible.
If you are pregnant or immunocompromised, please check with your doctor if it is ok for you to have a treatment.
A 1 metre distancing rule will apply in the day spa reception area. Hand sanitizer is available at the entrance for you prior to entering the Day Spa.
Please arrrive 10 minutes earlier than your scheduled appointment and wait in your car. Staff will call you when they are ready for your appointment.
Staff will be wearing PPE (mask and gloves) during your treatment. Under Level 2 rules, some services are not available. Please check the treatment list for these.

Gift vouchers are available for purchase either at reception on via phone or email. We have treatment, package or dollar value vouchers. The perfect gift idea for that special person or for a special occasion.
We always recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment. Your reservation will be secured by credit card unless you are a hotel guest or redeeming a gift voucher
All of our spa services are carefully co-ordinated to deliver the best possible experience for each guest. If for any reason you must cancel your appointment we ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice. A cancellation charge of 50% will be incurred for any treatment not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. 100% will be charged if your appointment is cancelled on the day or a “no-show” occurs.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow you time to relax and complete your client treatment form.
Late arrivals may result in a reduction of treatment time.
